Credit and Refund Policy

OK, so here's how this works:

When you sign up for a tutoring session we immediately bill your Credit Card. Those funds are then transferred to your account but placed on "Hold" since they are intended to pay for the session you have scheduled.The funds are not removed from your account until after you have completed the session. You may cancel your session up to 12 hours before the start of the session. Any less time would be unfair to the tutor. If you cancel the session the "Hold" is removed from those funds in your account. You may then use those funds to purchase a different session or you may request a refund. If you request a refund a credit will be issued to the card you originally charged with.


We take pride in our tutors and our technology and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If you are unhappy with your session, you may request a refund within 24 hours of the completion of the session. At that point we will inform the tutor of your request and issue you a full credit which you may apply to other tutoring sessions or you may request a refund. In which case a refund will be issued to the card that made the original purchase.

No Shows

Credits and refunds are not issued for instances where you fail to show up at the agreed upon time. In the unlikely event that the tutor does not show up please advise us immediately through the refund link below and we will issue a full credit for the session. You may at that point request that a refund be issued to the credit card you charged with, as above.
